Spectacular villa with sea view, of modern architecture in minimalistic style, with a privileged location, surrounded by fields of almond trees and slightly hidden in a forest, with total privacy, always facing the sea, and fantastic sunsets make this house unique. The house is very ample and luminous and is situated on top of a small hill with an untouched forest and views of the Islotes de La Conejera, the bay of Portmany and the Capo that extends towards San Rafael area. Access to the house is through a patio where big white panels indicate the road, on the main floor is the living area, kitchen, launderette, guest toilet, and two bedrooms; all is open toward the exterior zones, partially covered with a pergola, and the pool area with terrace. The living room is divided in two levels with the dining room that is slightly elevated on the living room; the furniture is typical from that area, it has been designed by the same architects who designed the house, and wood structure and cotton tapestry has been used, in a plain design as not to interfere with the views and the exterior. The dining room is integrated with the kitchen area and can be closed off with a sliding door. There are huge windows with a fantastic panoramic view. The kitchen is very luminous and is integrated in the living-dining room, this being connected to the pool terrace. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with 2 single beds, en-suite bathroom, and on another level are 3 more bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and 2 single beds each room. All bathrooms have ample shower, sink and toilet. The main room additionally has a tub and a bidet.
