Modern country house in one of the quietest and most unspoilt areas of the island, between San Mateo and Santa Gertrudis, on a plot of 100,000 square meters.

It is a beautiful house of approx. 400 m2 that mixes the traditional and authentic elements of Ibiza's houses with modern elements, both in terms of furnishings and construction, as the house was completely restored in early 2016.

The house is just 2.8 km from the village of Santa Gertrudis, one of the most charming villages on the island, where you can find supermarkets, banks, restaurants and all the necessary services to enjoy a pleasant stay. Ibiza town is only 13 km away and the nearest beaches are between 13 and 15 km.

In the house there is an old living room that has merged with an old covered terrace that has now been converted into a dining area and an interior space with glass doors to the terrace. From this living and dining area you have access to two bedrooms that share a bathroom, and from this area you also have access to a new, very spacious living room, from which you have access to two bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and from which you have access to the terrace.

From the central area of the house you also have access to the completely renovated and equipped kitchen, which is easy to operate thanks to a kitchen island and a bar with stools and a modern worktop.

From the patio there is access to a guest house with 2 further bedrooms, both with bathroom en suite and both with access to the terrace.

In total it has 4 double beds and two rooms with single beds, 4 bathrooms en suite and 2 independent. All bathrooms are equipped with shower. All rooms are air-conditioned and have an internet connection with 4G amplifier. There is a wireless stereo system with bluetooth, DVD (Neflix), satellite TV.

There is a barbecue area (used with charcoal). The house is fully equipped and prepared for the winter season, it has 3 fireplaces and heating.

Cleaning: The final cleaning is included.
Additionally paid extras: extra cleaning, cook, cleaning lady, driver, security, etc.
Minimum stay: during the whole season - 7 nights.
Check-in: from 4 p.m. Check-out: at 10 a.m.
