Can Prats is a spectacular ibicencan finca full of history in each of its corner, delicately and exquisitely reformed, maintaining all details and mixing these in a harmonious way with commodity and modernity. Each detail of the house and its surrounding has been meticulously selected, giving a sense of being at home. This big property of more than 80000 m2 is distributed into ample terraces, on Ibiza known as “feixas” and on which different areas and gardens have been placed on, combined with covered porches, banks and corners from where you can enjoy the exclusive panoramic view of the island, the sea and San Antonio. The big entrance doors lead to a luminous living room with dining room. The dining room has a big rustic table and the living room is equipped with a sofa and TV with satellite. From here you get to two double bedrooms with double bed and an ample bathroom with bathtub. Going up small stairs you get to a double room with small office, an ample and full bathroom and a private terrace with spectacular views. At the end there is an ample and full kitchen with breakfast area. In the kitchen there is an exterior door leading to a covered porch with sofas and a grill area, covered with a sabina (juniper) wooden roof, a quiet area to enjoy eating al fresco with spectacular views. Opposite the kitchen and with access from the living room, is an apartment that can be closed, for more privacy of the guests, with kitchen, dining room, an ample double room and en-suite bathroom with shower. The nice lawn garden with stone walls has a great variety of plants that separate the house from the pool area, an ample wooden terrace with infinity pool 7 x 14 meters, equipped with sun beds and two chill out beds. By the pool there is a covered wooden porch with dining table, barbecue and exterior kitchen. All rooms of the house are equipped with air conditioning, the mattresses and textiles have been chosen in the best quality, and all is laid out to guarantee maximum comfort for the guests.
