This stunning property is a classic modern villa in the beautiful area between Porroig and Es Cubells.

Located only 15 minutes from Ibiza’s airport, 5 minutes from the unspoiled beaches of Es Torrent, Cala Xarcu, Cala Jondal and 8 minutes from San José village, the villa benefits from a location that is convenient and preserved.

This spacious villa, decorated with homely touches is the perfect retreat for families and friends. The house benefits from an amazing unspoilt 180 degree open view across the countryside and the sparkling Mediterranean Sea, with Formentera in the distance.

The house is 600m2, set on 10,000m2 of beautifully landscaped land with fruit trees, such as apricots, peaches, figs, almonds, granada fruit and a small vegetable garden.

There is a large children's playground with 2 wooden play houses, swings, toboggans, pirates and dragons playing zone, hang around area, trampoline, table tennis, petanque and oversize outside checkers, the entire family can have fun together.

OUTDOOR AREAS

There are 3 separate dining areas, plenty of terraces to lounge and relax, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a built-in fryer and plancha, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave and gas cooker.

The oversized terrace has striking views, this terrace can be covered with an electric sunshade. The outdoor dining area seats 12 people, extra tables and benches are available for larger dinner parties seating around 40 people.

The pool is divided into three sections - children's pool, jacuzzi and main pool. The size of the main pool 10 x 6 m2 and the Jacuzzi is in the corner of the children's pool boasting a solar heat system.

Surrounding the pool there are 12 sun loungers and 3 parasols; in between the pool house and the pool kitchen there is a huge lounge area with 2 double sun loungers. The pool house consists of a changing room and separate WC.

LIVING AREAS

The house is predominately all white, with touches of classical Ibicenco architecture, as well as modern with a wonderful serene and cosy atmosphere. It has a heating system and a chiminea for cooler seasons, interior and exterior Bose and Sonos Music System with iPod connection and access to WIFI is throughout the property.

There is a library with books in at least 4 or 5 different languages for all kind of interests catering for adults and children, a DVD collection of classic, action and children's movies and games and puzzles for everyone.

The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts a sea view with access to the herb garden. The appliances include a cold press juicer, Nespresso machine, professional french fry cutter, 2 Gaggenau ovens ( one extra large and one regular size for pastries), Miele dishwasher, microwave, yoghurt maker.

Also, there is enough crockery, glasses knives and forks etc to accommodate dinner parties for up to 40 people.

The indoor dining area easily seats 8 people and opens out onto the spacious terrace.

The laundry room consists of a Miele washing machine and tumble dryer, an extra fridge and ironing area.

Master bedroom (3): Garden and pool view, 1 king size bed (180 x 200 cm), built- in closets, en-suite bathroom with shower and double sink, separate WC, safe,  outside terrace, direct access to garden, air conditioning.
Bedroom (4): Garden view, 2 beds 90 x 200 cm that can be joined together as a 180 x 200 cm bed, built-in closet, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom (5): Garden view, king size bed (180 x 200 cm), built-in closets, en-suite bathroom with shower, separate WC, air conditioning, direct access to the garden.
Bedroom (6): Garden view, 2 beds 90 x 200 cm that can be joined together as a 180 x 200 cm bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, separate WC, air conditioning, built-in closet.

Cleaning: 2 housekeepers clean from 9am - 1pm Monday to Friday and one housekeeper cleans 9am - 1pm on Saturdays.
A couple live in a separate property within the plot of land. They manage the housekeepers and maintain the gardens and pools.
Linen/Towel/Pool Towel change - once per week.
Extras with charges: Extra Cleaning, Extra Linen/Towel/Pool Towel Changes, Chef, Driver, Security.
Minimum stay: Throughout the season - 7 nights - Saturday
