An attractive charming Ibiza style house with pool, near Cala Conta beach, with amazing sea and spectacular sunset views. The décor is tasteful yet still very practical. The house has a spacious terrace and dining area with comfortable chairs where you can have lunch or dinner with the wonderful backdrop of the sunsets which are so famous in this part of Ibiza. Here you can really make the most of the evening sun until the last minutes of daylight. The house has spacious communal areas. The kitchen/diner opens onto the large lounge which leads to two bedrooms and a large open plan terrace overlooking the sea with a dining area and garden furniture. From this area you get to the garden and to the pool where there is also a covered porch with sofas, ideal for an outdoor siesta in the shade or simply for relaxing with family and friends. The pool area has 6 sunbeds and is surrounded by palm trees affording it total privacy. The third bedroom is completely independent from the house; it is a large room with 3 beds and a bathroom en-suite, it has a small terrace and direct access to the pool. In total the house has 3 large bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have double beds and the third has 3 beds (one double and 2 singles). Two of the bathrooms have showers and one has a bathtub. The house is excellently located. It is ideal for families who want to enjoy the tranquility and to go for walks or go jogging in nature, as it is just 1,5 kms. from the nearest beaches of Playa Codolar and Cala Conta. Other great beaches are nearby too, no further than 10 minutes away by car, namely, Cala Bassa, Cala Tarida, Cala Molí or Cala Vadella. The nearest restaurants are 1,3km away and it’s 2,2 kms. to the closest supermarket.
