This fantastic villa is located on a hill only 4 km away from Ibiza town and 5 minutes from the airport.

The property is orientated south and has spectacular panoramic sea views overlooking Playa den Bossa, Salinas, Cap des Falco and Formentera.

The property sits on 8,000 m2 of land and the villa has 450 m2 plus a guesthouse of 120 m2.

OUTDOOR AREAS
The outdoor areas are spacious and include a swimming pool of 10m x 10m in which no chlorine is used; the water preparation system is based on salt, but with no salty taste to the water, the system is especially good for eyes, skin, and hair.

Outside terraces boast ample sunbathing and shaded areas equipped with luxurious high quality sun loungers, comfortable outdoor sofas, chairs, daybed and parasols, there is also a gas barbecue and outdoor dining facilities seating up to 8 people.

A large proportion of the property is landscaped and there are vast areas of beautifully maintained lawns and gardens.

LIVING AREAS
Inside, is beautifully furnished and styled with high quality fixtures and fittings, as well as a private gym.

The lounge area has a huge sumptuous sofa, a flat screen Samsung TV + Bose surround system, blue ray DVD player, Spanish and Dutch satellite TV, there are also 2 Bose speakers on the outdoor terrace.

The interior dining table seats 8 people comfortably and there is sufficient porcelain, silverware and glasses to serve all.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped including a double fronted Liebherr fridge/freezer/wine cooler, a Gaggenau microwave and coffee machine which are built into the kitchen front; a Gaggenau dishwasher, oven and hob with 5 gas flames and the laundry room has a Siemens washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house has access to WiFi and is protected with an interior alarm system, which is connected to an alarm company called Red Seguredad, the staff of the house are also available.

Cleaning
- Lady member of staff works 8 hours daily, 6 days per week, she cleans the house and takes care of the laundry. She has Sundays off.
- Second member of staff takes care of the maintenance of the house - he cleans the terraces, windows, gardens. He works 5 hours a day, 5 days a week.
gardeners work once each week.
- Pool service maintains the pool twice a week if needed, they usually come early in the morning and are therefore no disturbance to the client.
