This house is of recent construction, fully equipped, with 3 bedrooms. One has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as access to a terrace and the grill area. The other two bedrooms have 2 single beds each and share an independent bathroom with bathtub. The ample kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a spacious living/dining room with access to the terrace and the pool area.
The pool area is surrounded by lawn and equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a terrace with a dining area, ideal for enjoying breakfast or dinners al freco, and a big grill zone for breakfasts, lunch and dinners.
The house is fully fenced and has a parking area as well as an electric entrance gate.
The closest beaches are at 2 km (5 minutes in car) from Ses Boques, 6 km from Cala D'Hort, 7 km from Es Torrent, 9 km from Cala Carbo and 10 km from Cala Vadella. All of these beaches have restaurants and some offer acuatic activities.
