The house has two floors and in independent studio.

The open plan kitchen integrates a dining area and is equipped with dish-washer, electric cooker, gas stove, big fridge and all sorts of different household appliances. There is also a storage room with washing machine and freezer. Here you find two double bedrooms with complete bathroom with shower, as well as an independent guest toilet. There are three terraces/porches, one of them is furnished and can be used as an exterior dining area. A big gas grill is also available.

First floor: access through interior staircase. Two double bedroom with air-condition, full shower bathroom, dressing room, and terrace. There is also an independent Studio with access through an exterior staircase. Ample room with living area, twin beds, satellite-TV, full shower bathroom and dressing room.

There is also a smaller, independent room with two bunk beds, ideal for families with children. The house holds a capacity of 12 people, with the small room in the studio 14 people could be accommodated.

The pool area has an ample porch 12 x 4 meters, furnished, with a dining area, bar, and fridge. Exterior shower, sun beds and umbrellas. Air-condition in the whole house, nice decoration and electric driven entrance gate.
