A house of recent construction, very comfortabe and tastefully decorated, fully equipped for the perfect holiday. It is located at approximately 1 km from the main road Ibiza -San Juan in the countryside, very tranquil area, surrounded by pine forest, and very safe as the villa is fully fenced in and has a remote-controlled entrance gate. At night the exterior lights illuminate the garden and the main entrance. At the entrance, on one side there is the fully equipped kitchen, the ample living-dining room and the end of a corridor there are two bathrooms and the three bedrooms of which the main room has a balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the sight of the countryside.

The ample living-dining room also has a little porch or covered terrace with wooden furniture from where there is a marvellous view of the surrounding fields.

The BBQ area is fully equipped with kitchen, grill, oven, dishwasher, fridge, and a satellite TV, this area leads to the pool and a green zone with sunbeds and other garden furniture. The pool has a wonderful cascade.
