Luminous house only 600 meters from the beach Cala Bassa, in a tranquil area in a pine wood with sea view and the beach, just 8.5 km from the village of San José.
This is a very comfortable country house that has recently been completely renovated, an ample and comfortable house, ideal to enjoy wonderful summer vacations, with ample terraces and garden furniture.
The house has 2 floors, on the bottom floor there is a double room, a bathroom with shower, kitchen with access to a terrace with exterior dining area and an ample dining room with a small terrace and garden furniture.
From the outside there is access to a stairway to the first floor with a double room, a single room, a bathroom with shower and an ample living room with access to a terrace with sea view and garden furniture, ideal to enjoy the sunsets.
The pool area is also equipped with garden furniture, sunbeds and an umbrella, the pool is rather small but enough to refresh oneself, it measures 4 x 3 meters.
A little walk takes you to the beach Cala Bassa, a nice beach with several restaurants. A sandy beach with rocks on both sides and a pine forest surround the beach, the water is shallow, tranquil, and transparent, ideal for water sports. Highly recommended for families with children.
The beach is in the West of the island and is specially clean, the sunsets can be enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere.
The house is fully equipped with air-conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, alarm system, music, Sat-TV.
The closest beaches are: Cala Bassa at 600m, 3.5 km Cala Conta with the best sunsets of the island, 5 km Cala Codolar, 6 km from Cala Tarida; 7.5 km from Cala Moli, 12 km from Cala Vadella,
the village of San José at 8.5 km, Airport at 20 km and Ibiza at 25km. The closest supermarket is at only 2.8 km.
