Situated in a completely quite area and surrounded by fields of carob and almond trees with the sea on the horizon. It is a comfortably restored, antique, comfortable and charming farmhouse, located in an absolute quiet area, an ideal place to relax to the sound of the birds and view of nature in its purest form.
A dirt road from the tranquil village of San Agustin at 950 meters distance takes you to the house. The plot of 60.000 m2 guarantees total privacy without any neighbors close.
The house has 3 double bedrooms: a suite with double bed and shower bathroom, another suite with double bed, shower bathroom and access to the pool terrace and the third bedroom with single beds. There is a third bathroom with bathtub for this bedroom.
The common areas: the porch with sabina roof takes you to one of the suites, the dining room and the third door takes you to the kitchen, independent and fully equipped. There is also a storage room where the cooking equipment is stored, as well as the washing machine. There is a table for having breakfasts. From the kitchen you get to the dining room, equipped with a big table of great quality with space for 10 people. The living room is a separate area, very ample, with a window front viewing the countryside, the sea and exit to the pool. There are various big sofas and satellite TV. The pool area is equipped with several sunbeds and there is a covered porch with table to eat. By the pool is a huge carob tree that shadows the area.
On one side of the house there is also a grill with table. The house has enough space for parking several cars. The driveway is exclusive and there is an automatic entrance gate.
