A house with spectacular views of the west coast of the Island, located in one of the most spectacular spots between Cala Moli and Cala Vadella, surrounded by pine forest and Mediterranean vegetation, at only 18 km from the Airport, 22 km from Ibiza town and 5 minutes from the beaches Cala Moli, Cala Vadella and Cala Tarida. The ideal place to enjoy a tranquil, private and exclusive surrounding to bathe and to relax.
The house has 6 bedrooms: the main suite with sea view from the bed and access to a terrace, 5 double rooms with single beds equipped with spacious wardrobes, TV, bathroom and nice views.
On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, an ample dining room for 14 people and a living room, fully equipped, with access to a big terrace with spectacular sea view. On this terrace there is also a BBQ and access to the pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. Also, there is an exterior toilet and a shower. The ample exterior space surrounding the house has a covered terrace with sofas to relax and listen to the waterfall of the well maintained garden. All rooms have air condition, there are safety boxes, music system, washing machine, tumble dryer and WIFI.
