A spacious, bright, recently built house with pool. It is located within walking distance from the village of San José where all amenities can be found: supermarkets, fishmongers. bakeries, restaurants and cafés, banks and leisure facilities The house is built on just one floor making it ideal for children and persons with reduced mobility. It has large windows and a covered porch which means that from both indoors and outside you can enjoy exclusive views of the San José valley. Entering through the main door you reach a spacious room with a large comfortable sofa and a TV and which leads to the terrace and the pool area. In the same room is the dining area with a dining table which seats 10. Next to this is the fully equipped, closed-in kitchen with also leads onto the terrace. A corridor leads to the bedrooms. Two of them are very spacious with a double bed, bathroom and own dressing room. They lead onto the garden. The other two have single beds (one of them has 3 beds) en-suite bathrooms and dressing rooms. The house is set in a 2000m2 plot with pool, garden with lawn and various areas with tables and comfortable chairs for pleasant al fresco dining or cocktails. It also has all the amenities: air conditioning, portable b.b.q, alarm, wifi and a sound system. The village of San José is just 300m away. 16km from Ibiza. 10km from the airport and between 8 to 15 minutes from the beaches on the south and southeast of the island: Cala Vadella, Cala Molí, Cala Tarida, Cala Conta, Cala Bassa, Playa Codolar, Cala D’hort, Cala Carbó.
