A typical, traditional, fully restored and charming Ibizencan house in the countryside surrounded by carob trees, almond and olive trees, typical of the island.

It is a very comfortable home for those who wish to enjoy absolute tranquility, surrounded bythe typical nature of the island in one of the most authentic and least exploited areas, yet close to everything, to the beaches of Santa Ines, San Mateo and Santa Gertrudis.

There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twin beds, each with en suite bathroom. The property is completely fenced and accessed through an automatic gate, giving way to a large terrace with barbecue, swimming pool and the porch, all tiled giving comfort to the exterior.

Through the porch (with garden furniture and a large terrace) we access the large living room leading to the three bedrooms, one of them being up some stairs, (this room is on an upper level), the other two bedrooms are even leveled with the living room, each having lots of privacy. Then there is the fully equipped kitchen with ample dining area and access to the large terrace, barbecue and pool. There is a large room used as storage and laundry room.

The house is of absolute comfort, fully equipped and charmingly decorated, very comfortable for families with children. You can enjoy walks in the countryside as it is the quietest areas of the island.
