Traditional authentical Ibizencan-style country house fully reformed with a lot of character, surrounded by fields and very tranquil, at only 3.7 km from the village of Santa Eulalia and 4 km from the closest beach.
The plot is 50000m2 with 350m2 built surface and guarantees silence and tranquility. Ideal for families with children who want to enjoy the real Ibizencan familiar ambient. The finca was built in 1750 and has been fully renovated in 2005, maintaining the charm of the traditional architecture. There is parking space for 2-3 cars.
The house has 4 bedrooms, all equipped with air-condition and satellite TV. 3 of them have en-suite bathrooms, the fourth bedroom is located on the upper floor where there is also a porch and garden furniture. On the ground floor there is an exterior bathroom with shower, in total 4 bathrooms.
The kitchen area with dining space is quite ample, the kitchen is fully equipped and has access to the porch and grill, and there is a spacious living room with TV, music system (connection for Apple and Android), and access to the porch and the garden.
The garden is big and divided into 2 parts: one part is tiled, has BBQ and a nice chill-out, and gives access to the house, a little terrace with garden furniture. The other part of the garden has a lawn, trees and palm trees, and a hammock to enjoy a little siesta underneath the shade of the trees.
