Big and luminous house with ample space, minimalistic style and with a capacity for 8 people. There is a total of 4 bedrooms: 2 double and 2 twin. Inside the house are 4 bathrooms, 3 of them en-suite. Spacious living room equipped with a big sofa and satellite TV. The dining room is laid out for 10 people and also has a TV with international channels. This area connects with the pool area through glass sliding doors. Underneath the porch are more tables. It is a salt water pool and measures 16,5 x 4 meters, and inside it is a jacuzzi of 3 x 3 meters. There is an area with artificial lawn to sunbathe and a total of 10 sunbeds. Close to the pool is also a covered grill area with table and fridge, and a bathroom. The kitchen is open and fully equipped and there is a laundry room with washing machine and drying area. The house is surrounded by a lot of land and is fully fenced, without neighbours close and totally private. It has an excellent location: the surrounding of the house is tranquil, close is a secondary road with very little traffic, ideal for walks or jogging. There are two bicycles available for the guests.
