A luxury house with spectacular sea views, very close so San José and to Cala Tarida The style of the house is simple, with top quality furniture, furnishings and electrical equipment, garaunteeing a practical holiday in luxury and comfort. The location is most exclusive too, as it is in a very quiet area just 5 minutes from San José and Cala Tarida beach. The main house has the lounge, the dining room, the kitchen and two complete bedrooms as well as a courtesy toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances, quality dishware, kitchenware and cutlery. The lounge is spacious with a large sofa, a TV. Next to it is the dining room, a pleasant space where you can also enjoy wonderful views. The two bedrooms in the main house are of a similar style. One has a 1,80mx 2m double bed and the other two single beds measuring 0,90m which can be pushed together if you wish. They also have spacious wardrobes and full bathrooms with en-suite showers. The third bedroom is separate from the house, access is by a path which crosses the land. It is a totally private and large bedroom with a double bed measuring 1,80 x 2m, a full bathroom with shower, air conditioning and a small terrace. The pool is at the front of the house and also has magnificent sea views. Beside it there is a pergola with a barbeque.
