Can Ramonet is a nice house situated on the mountainside with lovely view of the countryside. The plot of 10000m2 cultivates fruit trees and vegetables.
The house has 300m2 of constructed area and distributes as follows: the main entrance takes you to a dressing room with access to the pool terrace. There is a double room with single beds and air-condition.
The second bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and air-condition. There is an ample living room with dining room, equipped with satellite TV, high-quality furniture and decorated with traditional elements of the houses from the beginning of the century.
The kitchen, close to this room, is equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, ofen, coffee machine, toaster, hot-water kettle...
On the second floor is a second dressing room with access to the terrace, an area that has been adapted as working area or just a relaxing zone, receiving lots of natural light. On this floor are two bedrooms, one with single beds and one with a double bed, both have access to a terrace and air-condition, sharing an ample and full bathroom with shower.
The front terrace of the house has a huge pool of 14 x 7 meters with a children's area, sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a barbecue area al fresco with a big dining table to enjoy eating outside, as well as a second exterior kitchen with grill, cooker, and a sink.
The access to the house is controlled by an automated gate and there is enough space to park 4 vehicles.
The house is well equipped with air-condition in all bedrooms, TV with international channels, alarm system, Wifi, safety box, music system, DVD, washing machine, babybed and kids chair.
