We spent here 10 weeks in summer 2015. Fantastic location close to the beach but closed from crowds by the block of separate apartments of the same owner. High level of security, all windows can be closed with aluminium curtains in few minutes by pushing one button. Very modern, high class finishings, central airconditioning is a huge plus.

Thank you so much for an amazing holiday. The villa and the service you provided was excellent, thank you. You made organising the trip easy and the accommodation was of a very high standard. The villa's location was perfect, far enough from the village and restaurants to be quiet and relaxing, with all the facilities we needed and a lovely beach was just a short walk away. We all had a brilliant time!

Es war ein Traum!!!! Das Haus, die Lage, die Ruhe - die perfekte und professionelle Ausstattung ( Küche mit Quarzsteinplatte, Induktion, toller Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, genügend Geschirr und hochwertige Messer etc ), Stereoanlage Bose, schöne Liegen usw. Selbst an den Handtüchern wurde nicht gespart - genügend( auch für den Strand ) kuschelig und gepflegt. EIne klasse Outdoorküche, ein Hammer Hauswirtschaftsraum mit neusten Bosch Geräten rundete die perfekten EIndruck ab. Über den perfekten Service von Selena und Jenny gibt es nur eine Aussage - einfach klasse!!! Selbst kleinste Anfragen oder Probleme wurden sofort gelöst bzw beantwortet, pünktliche Abholung am Treffpunkt, Termineinhaltung bei der Übergabe - alles höchst beeindruckend. 2 x die Woche kam eine super freundliche und hilfsbereite Reinigungskraft - diese war so fleißig, dass sogar der Geschirrspüler ausgeräumt, und im Trockner befindliche Wäsche sauber zusammengelegt vorgefunden wurde. Auch der Pooldienst war 2x die Woche anwesend ohne das ihn jemand bemerkte oder beauftragte - Hammer!!! Wir sind nun das 3. mal dagewesen - es wird nicht das letzte mal gewesen sein. Great house with highest (Spanish) standards! Unfortunately, ongoing new and rebuilding’s in the neighbourhood made it sometimes very noise and dusty (pool and terrace) - but I guess, this you need to accept prior the high season is starting! Another thing worth mentioning! Great service provided by the two ladies from Rural Villas! We decided to use this company again if a similar house WITH sea view is available in Autumn!

Hi there, Firstly we had a great week in Can Parras. Bea was very helpful for check in explaining all the necessary bits and pieces. Things we loved about the villa. 1. Location to beach and shops was perfect. Especially at Sunset! 2. BBQ area was brilliant 3. The layout of the outside area is great - allows you to sit and have a drink and the kids can swim supervised 4. Enough space - good number of bathrooms and the kids bedroom was a big hit 5. Love the sound system that is built into the house 6. You are very secluded in the villa yet you are 3 min walk from everything - it really is an ideal spot. 7. The pool is great for children as it's not too deep throughout - some villas have pools that have no shallow end making it tough for children. There are a few things we would improve - The cleaners stepped by on Wed, not sure if it was because we were in the house, but it didn't feel like they did much or stayed for a long time. It felt like they changed the towels and not much else! - It is slightly annoying the house does not come with the basics - olive oil, salt and pepper etc. Equally, we had to buy a lot of things for the BBQ which we could have left for the people after us - lots of vinegars, sauces, mustards etc. And we threw them all out because Bea said to leave the place completely empty. It feels like such a waste! - The power kept cutting out a number of times, almost every day, we lost count. Sometimes for a long time. Meant everything in the fridge/freezer wasn't that cold. - The three bins under the sink are not really big enough for two families - we produce lots of waste. Small thing but it might be better to have larger bins somewhere. Overall really enjoyed your team and your villa - we had a fabulous holiday and would come back to Can Parras. Thanks Finlay Translate
