A pleasant holiday home in Cala Vadella, just a few minutes’ drive from the beach and from other beaches like Cala Moli or Cala Tarida. The house has a simple and practical design. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and is set in a large fenced in plot with pool and sea views from some areas. Access is via an automatic gate and there is parking space for a number of vehicles. The pool is 8x4 m with sunbeds, sunshades and an outdoor shower. The building is north facing which makes the house agreeably cool in the heat of the summer months. A large lounge dining room and an open planned kitchen are on the main floor. The lounge opens onto a terrace with an outdoor table overlooking the pool and from where you can see the sea. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and other appliances. On this floor there are also two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a 1,80 m x 2 m bed and the second is a large room with two single beds, a TV and a sofa. The full bathroom with bathtub is shared by these two bedrooms. On the upper floor are two further bedrooms; one double with a 1,80 m x 2 m bed and the other with two single beds. Here too there is a complete bathroom with shower for shared use by these two bedrooms. On this second floor there is, in addition, a large terrace, ideal for practising yoga or for taking in the magnificent views. This house is ideal for one or two families or for small groups. The closest supermarket is just a few steps away and the beach is a lovely walk or jog away.
