A 4 bedroom house, a mere 5 minutes from Ibiza town. Can Amat is a homely family house, situated in a quiet area; an excellent location as it has supermarkets, bars, restaurants, beaches and the city less than 5 minutes away by car. You can even see Ibiza town and the sea from some parts of the house. The house is on a large fenced in plot of land with an automatic gate. The access is shared with a small house where a couple live. The two houses have total privacy from one another as they face in opposite directions. Guests are requested to respect their space during their stay and they will do likewise. The use of the pool is totally private. Can Amat is spread over two storeys. The main floor has a large lounge-diner looking out onto the pool and furnished with sofás, TV and dining table. Beside the lounge is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and a small breakfast table. On this floor we also find 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds) and two bathrooms. On the upper floor there is a fourth bedroom with views of the countryside, Ibiza town and the sea. This bedroom has a double bed. The lounge opens onto a front porch where there is another outdoor table, the garden and the pool The pool measures 10x5 metres and is equipped with sunbeds and loungers. Beside the pool is a full bathroom with shower as well as an outdoor shower. The house is comfortable, practical and very pleasant; most suitable for families with children as well as people who want a quiet location without being too far from town and the amenities.
