Modern holiday house for 12 people, recently reformed with all kind of luxury and commodities. It is located 100 meters from the beach Cala Bassa, considered as one of the most beautiful beaches of Spain.

The house has 6 ample bedrooms, all equipped with satellite TV and air condition. Three of the bedrooms have king size beds and private bathroom. The other three bedrooms have twin beds that can be converted into big double beds. One has an en-suite bathroom, the other 2 bedrooms share an ample bathroom.
The furniture as well as the bed linen and towels are of best quality.

From the main entrance you access an ample living room with the most finest and modern furniture, big sofas and TV, a dining room and the kitchen, fully equipped and with a big window front giving access to the pool area equipped with two tables for dining and sunbeds with sea view. The house is fully fenced to grant intimacy and there is also an alarm system, day and night. There is a big garden, lawn and even an ecological garden where the guests can serve themselves. The covered parking place is big enough for 2 cars and there is space for another 2 cars on the same plot.

This house has an exclusive location only 100 meters from the beach Cala Bassa that is just about a 2 minutes walk. Besides, there are many restaurants and clubs close, the village of San José is about 10 km away.
