The most typical breakfast choice on Ibiza is toast, “tostadas” with tomato and oil either on their own or with cheese, avocado or cold meats. Please note that here in Ibiza by “tostada” we normally refer to the two halves of a sliced roll or baguette, whereas one slice is known as “media”. It is quite normal to also find a choice of rolls and pastries, full English breakfasts with beans, eggs and trimmings, or healthy breakfasts with bowls of yogurt, cereals, fruit, superfoods and an extensive list of freshly squeezed juices.
