Description
This house has spectacular views of the sea and the isle Es Vedra, is close to the beach Codolar (within walking distance), and only 3 minutes from Cala Conta with the best sunsets of Ibiza.
There are two floors: the first floor has an ample room where an extra bed could be places, a bathroom and a big living room with exit to a terrace, the pool and BBQ area.
The second floor has two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom; one of them has sea view.
American style kitchen and dining room with exit to a terrace with sea view.
Can Delfin is located in an urbanization close to Cala Conta beach, is fully equipped, and has air-conditioned in the bedrooms as well as the living room. The pool area is very spacious and has an exterior shower, BBQ, sun beds and umbrellas and marvelous sea views.
