VILLA IBIZA: VILLA CAN VICH

This Ibiza villa is very large, all the rooms are ample with en-suite bathrooms. Because of the terrain features the house has different levels. On the highest part of the house there is a large bedroom with double bed (1.80 x2m) and a very large bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower, safety box, a large furnished terrace with views of the forest, garden and pool.

 

On the next floor there is a room with 2 single beds (1.05X2m ) and bathroom overlooking the garden. Also, on the same level, there is the third bedroom with 2 beds (90 x 1.80m) and a bathroom with shower, a small terrace with table and chairs. The fourth room is on the ground floor and has 2 single beds (1.05X2) and a bathroom, overlooking the garden and swimming pool, as well as a safety box. On the same floor is a very spacious living room with access to the dining room and the fully restored and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, etc. The kitchen opens to a porch with table and chairs, the barbecue and dining area have access to a very large terrace with wooden furniture, from here there is access to the pool area and the very well kept garden, which also has a large covered terrace with dining area.

 

The rooms and exterior areas are spacious which makes it very nice house for 8 people, the house is surrounded by garden with flowers and lawn, all very well kept.

 

The house offers twice cleanings per week, one in the middle of the week with change of towels and the other one at the end of the stay. If the stay is longer than one week, there is a change of sheets and towels every week.
