Description

A house with flair, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the tranquillity, away from the noisy and busy night life of Ibiza, but yet close to the villages, like Santa Gertrudis. The Ibiza as it used to be, untouched nature and sparely inhabited area, the plot has approx. 40,000m2.

The house has been fully restored and exists of two areas: one with the main entrance with typical ibizencan porch, ample living-dining room, American-style kitchen that gives access to another dining room and exterior terrace behind the house. On a lower level are the two bedrooms and the bathroom.

The pool area is on a higher set level that guarantees sunshine all day and has a porch with exterior furniture and sun beds.

The road that leads to the house has 1,5km in a quiet rural area with hardly any neighbours as the plots in this area have approx. 20,000m2 per house.
